  1. Cancellation by Client: a. Clients may cancel a project at any time before the freelancer starts working on it. In such cases, clients will not be charged for the project. b. If a project is canceled after the freelancer has started working on it, the client may be required to pay a cancellation fee or a partial payment, depending on the amount of work completed by the freelancer.

  2. Cancellation by Freelancer: a. Freelancers may cancel a project if they are unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified and will not be charged for the project. b. If a freelancer cancels a project after starting work on it, the client may be entitled to a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances and the progress made on the project.

  3. Refunds: a. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specifics of the project and the reasons for the cancellation. b. If a client is not satisfied with the work provided by a freelancer, they must communicate their concerns to the freelancer and provide an opportunity for revisions or corrections. If the issue cannot be resolved, the client may request a refund or credit, subject to Plexoinwork Global's review and approval. c. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

  4. Dispute Resolution: a. In the event of a dispute between a client and freelancer, both parties are encouraged to communicate and attempt to resolve the issue amicably. b. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may contact Plexoinwork Global's support team for assistance. Our team will review the dispute, gather information from both parties, and work to facilitate a fair resolution.
