Terms & Conditions for Subscription Fees for Employers and Freelancers
By subscribing to a paid plan on Plexoinwork Global, both employers and freelancers agree to the following terms and conditions related to subscription fees. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

Subscription Plans: Plexoinwork Global offers various subscription plans with different features and benefits tailored to suit the needs of employers and freelancers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges as outlined in the chosen plan.

Payment Terms: Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the chosen plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually). You authorize Plexoinwork Global to charge your preferred payment method for the applicable fees and any taxes, as and when they are due.

Renewals and Cancellations: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, you must notify Plexoinwork Global through your account settings or by contacting our support team. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or years, unused subscription periods, or if you downgrade your plan during an active billing cycle.

Upgrades and Downgrades: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. If you upgrade, the new fees will be prorated and charged immediately, and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be provided for the unused portion of your previous plan.

Late Payments and Insufficient Funds: If your payment method fails or your account is past due, Plexoinwork Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform and its services until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Late fees or interest may be applied to overdue balances at the maximum rate allowed by law.

Price Changes: Plexoinwork Global reserves the right to change the subscription fees or introduce new charges at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes will constitute your acceptance of the new fees.

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
